Canada International Health Association

  • The purpose of CIHA: Based on individual health, through the comprehensive health standards of “body”, “heart”, “fitness” and “health”, the individual balance is adjusted to achieve the overall health of the individual.
  • The concept of health is different from treating diseases and preventing diseases.
  • The concept of health is personal behavior, and it is different from public health.

Our Philosophy

The body composition of the human body is similar to that of the earth, and it consists of liquids, solids and gases. But for a long time, both Chinese and Western medicine have taken liquid (water) and solids as the main research objects of human health, and neglected one factor, which is 1% of the gas in our body.

Each of us has 200,000 to 300,000 biochemical reactions in our bodies. One hundred percent of the body’s chemical reactions must be carried out in water.

Although gas accounts for only 1% of the body’s composition, 80% of our cells are treating gases. Gas determines the pH of the human blood, which is small but important. Because maintaining the pH in the blood is our body’s first major task.

In the human body, 100% of the cells use carbohydrates as an energy source. Maintaining blood glucose levels in a certain range is our second major task.
